The MEZZ can accommodate up to 240 people for a seated including a dance floor. The maximum capacity of The MEZZ is 300 people, which is perfect for a standing cocktail reception.
The MEZZ is equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and sound capabilities. We can create any look desired from the advanced technology of LED lighting that is custom built in the venue. The sound system features speakers that are all conveniently located in the ceiling which provides a better quality sound for all guests in the room. Your band or DJ can plug right into the speaker system without requiring them to provide their own speakers.
Artful Eventsoffers a day-of coordination service designed to ensure a seamless and beautiful wedding day.
Artful Events also manages The Abbey, a beautiful and unique venue perfect for a wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. It is located in the same building as The MEZZ, conveniently located on the first floor.
A signed contract and a 25% deposit down are required to reserve your event date.
We have a list of preferred caterers to choose from; all varying in price, presentation, and service. We have many beverage packages to choose from which are all provided in-house by Artful Events.
The MEZZ is rented on a four- hour basis. Clients are given two hours for set-up and one hour for break-down (this can be flexible if needed). If you would like your event to run longer than the given four hours, you can extend at a $200/hr rate.
A valet service is provided for all guests attending an event at The MEZZ. We also provide a map of the surrounding area which includes three parking garages within a few blocks. Street parking is also available.
The MEZZ includes thirty (30) 60” round tables, twenty (20) 30” high/low cocktail tables, six (6) 6’ X 30” tables, six (6) 8 ’X 30” tables. We also provide beautiful silver Chiavari chairs, and thirty (30) Black Chiavari Barstools which are all included with our packages
